The first product of it’s kind available in the UK. Topilase, contains ingredients including hyaluronidase, which is an enzyme used to dissolve dermal fillers.
Removal of dermal filler is usually carried out by injecting this enzyme into the area being treated. Topilase is designed for topical use, meaning no injections needed!
Topilase is an enzyme powder and activation cream. The two ingredients are mixed together and massaged vigorously into the area to be treated. The treatment can then be repeated at day 7 and 14.
The treatment is designed to correct and perfect small amounts of unwanted superficial filler placed in the lips and tear trough areas.
The treatment needs to be carried out by a medical professional in a clinic environment.

Hi i got my lips done ten days ago and i can notice filler migration … want to use topilase treatment pls

I would recommend that you let your lips settle for maybe 4 weeks first. At 10 days it is very unlikely that you have ‘migration’ of filler as this take some time to develop. I think it would more likely be inflammation at this point
